Why do we love old trucks?

To us, old trucks represent the story of the hard work and spirit that go into a small business. So many small businesses rely on trucks to pick up materials, deliver goods and do so many other tasks that make their businesses run. For this reason, we often highlight old trucks on our site and in our social media.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for orders with a total value of $25 or more, after any discounts are applied.

We charge a flat fee of $3.95 per order with a total value of less than $25.

When does my order ship?

Products are generally shipped within the "Lead Time" indicated at the bottom of every product's description page. Most Lead Times are 1 to 3 days. Please remember that some items are handmade or made to order, which may require a few extra days before they can be shipped. That is why some of the Lead Times are as long as 7 to 10 days.

Some items ship from LocalWe's warehouse and others ship directly from the manufacturer. For this reason, it is possible that your order may be sent in multiple shipments.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Products are generally shipped by USPS First Class mail, which takes on average 1 to 3 days to arrive at its destination. You will receive the tracking number by email when your product ships.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes. You can return your purchase with free shipping for any reason for 30 days from the date you receive the item. Your full refund will be processed promptly after we receive the item back in original condition.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Yes. Please email us at customerservice@LocalWe.com or call us at (908) 251-9153. We will do our best to cancel your order as long as we can stop it before it has shipped.
