Blue Ridge Mountain Gifts was founded by four life long friends who tended bar and lived together in Virginia. This is the kind of story we love at LocalWe. They always aspired to go into business for themselves. After many long nights of brainstorming, they had the idea of turning the empty wine bottles thrown away after busy bartending shifts into unique, eye catching products. Already having a bartending background and connections, they knew they could source the raw materials needed for production. In the process of building their business, their friendships have grown deeper as they have experienced success, failures and obstacles that they celebrated, overcame and learned from together.
