Pumpernickel and Wry's journey began with a few simple handmade gifts for friends. The maker's craft is in a sense recycling, since none of the flatware pieces she uses are new. They all had a previous life, decades ago, when sitting collectively at the dinner table was commonplace. The maker takes pleasure in creating beautiful hand stamped items and every one is handmade by her in her shop through the entire process.
