This lovely Wooden Spatula is handmade from sustainably harvested Urban Lumber. It's made by an artisan woodworker in eastern Iowa, near the Mississippi River.

What is Urban Lumber? It's wood that has been harvested for development for houses or businesses and might otherwise end up as fireweed, turned into mulch or even get buried in a landfill.
