Muddle the sugar and mint in a pitcher, keeping it up until the leaves are pretty well smooshed. Peel and slice the limes and add them in, muddling some more until the mixture is again well smooshed. Stir in the Rum and Club Soda and add some ice. Enjoy with friends.
