This beautiful Handmade Pasta and Dough Cutter is designed after a museum piece from 1800. Crafted in Cherry and Walnut with deep curves in between the sharp cutting edges, allowing the cutter to clear the thickness of your dough. It is available in with two different widths of space between the cutting edges. The narrow size (1/4 inch) is perfect for fettuccini and the wide size (3/4 inch) is right for dumplings, crackers and strips for lattice work pies. You'll love finding new uses for it in your kitchen.
This solid one piece design is Artisan crafted from Cherry (Medium) and Black Walnut (Dark).

Lead time: 3 - 5 days. Leon Hoffman hand carves his work from wood that is sustainably harvested from local land. This process can take a little extra time, but it's worth the wait for these craftsman pieces.
