This Handmade Hardwood Boot Jack is a beautiful, heirloom quality item that's hand carved by an Artisan woodworker in Hemlock, NY.
Instructions:
- Put your foot on the base.
- Wedge the heal of your boot foot in the open angle on the front.
- Easily pull your boot foot out of the boot.
Made from hardwoods: Ash, Cherry and Walnut.
Makes a wonderful birthday or holiday gift.

I bake biscotti about once a week and my favorite is with whole roasted almonds. I’ve had great difficulty slicing the baked biscotti with the whole almond's. The knives I have used slice readily through the cookie-part of the biscotti but drag the almond through the cookie instead of slicing. Then I’m left with a crumbled and matted mess. This bread bow knife with the thin sharp blade cleanly slices through both the cookie and almonds. The bow supporting the blade helps to keep the biscotti slices uniform in size and the offset handle facilitates slicing the biscotti completely.
