Across from the iconic Malibu Surf Rider beach, on PCH, is one of the earliest buildings in Malibu. In the early 50's travelers stopped at the Anchor Inn Cafe. The classic American diner also had a few gas pumps to fuel up your Buick. The restaurant later became the Crazy Horse and later became most well known as the Malibu Inn, in the late 70's and 80's. The 80's were the heyday of the Malibu Inn.
